Botanical Name: Ellitaria cardamomum

Description: The volatile is obtained by steam distillation from the Cardamom.

Appearance: The oil is pale yellow.

Odor: The odor is fresh, specific & strong Aromatic Spicy Taste Oil.

Sp. Gravity: 0.9195 @ 30.0 deg C

Ref Index: 1.4610 @ 27.5 deg C

Optical Rotation: 17.30 @ 27.9 deg C

Analysis Method: The sample was analyzed by Gas Liquid Chromatographic method using a SGE BP 20 Capillary column with temperature programmed from 60 deg-225 deg C at 5 deg C/min. The peak area under each compound was expressed as % of total peak area.
