|PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We basically accept any kind of payment, except Cash. We can also accept cashier's checks and personal checks. In the event you use a personal check or cashier's check, please make payable to: Heavenly Oils

All orders by check or money order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Personal checks must clear the bank before your order will be processed, this waiting period can be as much as 10 business days. Once your check has cleared you will be emailed with a confirmation that your order is on its way!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Heavenlyoils.com will use its best efforts to ship products within 5 days of the receipt of a properly completed payment. However, please note some orders may take 2 weeks for delivery due to limitations of supply on hand. An example would be essential oils. We only keep a limited amount on hand at one time to be sure of the finest and freshest quality. Any delivery or shipment date provided by Heavenlyoils.com to you is our good-faith estimate.
Shipping usually takes 3-6 days before you will receive your order, PLUS any delays in products in our warehouse and however long it takes to process the order. Currently processing time is taking between 3-5 business days.
Heavenlyoils.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments, In addition, you may receive an invoice only from the specific supplier (and we will accept these invoices as your receipt in case of a return).
Heavenlyoils.com will work with you and the shipping agency to see that you receive your complete order and products as soon as possible.
WE SHIP VIA USPS & UPS:
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped on either the UPS.com website or USPS.com website. Heavenlyoils.com uses USPS & UPS Ground for shipping within the United States and Canada. We've found that both USPS & UPS provide the best value and reliability for our customers.
CANADIAN SHIP TO ADDRESSES:
For all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $10.95 US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of order. If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00 US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment. All orders delivered to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $10.95 US additional charge for duties and taxes.
ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIP TO ADDRESSES:
There may be a $9.95 fee for shipping to ALASKA and HAWAII in addition to normal shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIP TO ADDRESSES:
At the present time our system is set up to accept only orders from the following International locations:
Austrialia, Netherlands, UK.
Please note: All international orders are sent as a non-refundable item. A tracking number is issued. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and import fees on their side.
All other locations will not be accepted unless prior arrangements made to pay via PayPal. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT!
Heavenlyoils.com has no minimum order requirement for any of our products. If you need a special order or have questions, then don't forget to ask! Yes, we can give conference discounts with a minimum size order. Please contact us direct for more info at Karen@heavenlyoils.com
8.9% sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to addresses within the State of Washington.
If you are in need of a rush order please contact us with the details. If we can possibly accommodate you we will.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return most anything as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
Should you receive items damaged in shipment please contact us at Karen@heavenlyoils.com to receive an authorization before returning. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of your receipt of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Once we receive your returned order, you will then be refunded the total cost minus shipping and handling charges.
ALL SECONDS/CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Once we receive your returned order, you will then be refunded the total cost minus shipping and handling charges. A 10% Restocking fee will be added to all returns.
