Latin name: Hyssopus officianalis

Hyssop is a member of the mint family. Also known as za'atar, it's used extensively in Middle Eastern cooking Hyssop was used in the scriptures as the branch the Priest used to sprinkle the blood over the sacrifices.
Hyssop can be used to make incense sticks. We do not suggest using in an oil burner.
As an added service we offer a limited amount of essential oils. All oils are bottled in glass amber bottles to preserve quality. Larger sizes are available upon request.
