Go through the process of ordering as usual, except when you get to the end, do not process your credit card.

The order will show you what your shipping cost will be for payment.

For mail orders, please take a copy and paste of your order page and paste it into a Word document, print and mail a copy with a money order (sorry, we do not accept personal checks) to the address below. Your order will remain on our server. When we receive your mail order, you will be contacted for confirmation.

PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT YOUR EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR ORDER SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. Mail orders received without shipping costs added will not be honored. They will be returned.
